Foster City, CA; July 20, 2021 – Foster City invites the community to stay engaged regarding the Levee Improvements Project by participating in the next Community Update webinar on Thursday, August 5 from 5-6:30 p.m.

The fifth Community Update will discuss back-to-school plans and general safety reminders, as well as current construction progress and upcoming milestones. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions answered by City staff and project experts.

“As more people resume their normal activities and local families prepare for the start of the school year, we want to ensure everyone is aware of the safety measures and detours that are in place,” said City Manager Peter Pirnejad. “Additionally, we continue to see excellent progress being made on the levee construction and we are especially excited for the opportunity to highlight and discuss this with the community in more detail.”
